following was agreed to with respect to tonight's debate on Bill
177: Each party will speak for up to 15 minutes, without
questions and comments; The House will then adjourn; Tonight's
debate will be considered one full sessional day for the purposes
of Standing Order 46; A second sessional day, on Monday October
7, 2002, will be devoted to completing the Second Reading stage
of the Bill, and the Bill will be ordered referred to a Standing
Committee.
